Your first visit

On your first visit you will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire, outlining your current state of health, any medical conditions which may be relevant and if you are taking any medication. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and is used solely for the purposes of highlighting any contraindications which may mean massage could be harmful to your health.

I then conduct an assessment of any areas of concern, this would relate to a specific pain response and give you some idea of the amount of time I will need to treat you and how much future treatment I would recommend. The treatment would then follow, during which your feedback is encouraged. My advice is to wear loose fitting and or old clothing, as the oil I use can stain, and often I need to treat areas that are not within easy reach inside tight fitting shorts or tops.

I have plenty of fresh towels to preserve your modesty and I ensure you are comfortable wherever possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24hrs notice to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time and we are unable to fill your slot 100% of the fee will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment commences.
