This type of treatment should be part of any active or sporty person’s training or fitness program. As a person who suffers with tight hamstrings, regular sports massage, alongside a targeted stretching and rehabilitation routine, has kept me training and largely injury free.

As a sports massage therapist, I am highly trained in traditional sports massage techniques, and may also incorporate other techniques such as hot or cold stones, medical acupuncture and myofascial release techniques into your treatment. I strive to deliver what works best for you.
At the end of the treatment, appropriate rehabilitation exercises will be suggested to aid your recovery further and improve your sports performance.
